About Me.

Welcome – I’m Glad You’re Here!
I’m Tiffany Bentley, MSW, LICSW, a therapist dedicated to supporting women and couples on their journeys through trauma, anxiety, and life’s transitions. As a multicultural and biracial therapist, I draw on a deep appreciation for diverse experiences and create a compassionate, affirming space where you can explore your challenges and uncover your strengths.
Collaborative and Personalized Care
In my practice, I work collaboratively with clients to build a unique “toolbox” of techniques tailored to their needs. By incorporating somatic approaches, we connect the mind and body to deepen emotional awareness and healing. Through somatic practices, we explore how emotions are held in the body and use this connection to foster regulation and resilience.
Integrated Therapeutic Approaches
My approach blends somatic-focused work with therapeutic modalities such as EMDR and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). In EMDR, we integrate somatic awareness to process distressing memories in a way that feels grounded and manageable. With ACT, we use mindfulness to engage with your experiences from a place of acceptance, flexibility, and self-compassion. These approaches support emotional regulation, promote self-awareness, and help you navigate life’s challenges with confidence and purpose.
Your Path Toward Healing
Healing looks different for everyone, and there’s no “right” way to move forward—just your way. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are, providing a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, valued, and understood. Whether you’re processing trauma, managing anxiety, or navigating challenges in your relationships, we’ll work together to uncover what you need to feel grounded, resilient, and empowered.
In our sessions, we’ll explore tools and techniques that work for you. Using somatic practices, we’ll connect the mind and body to help you understand and release emotions stored in physical sensations. With EMDR, we’ll process difficult memories in a way that feels manageable, helping you move past what’s been holding you back. And through ACT, we’ll focus on acceptance, mindfulness, and taking steps that align with your values—even when life feels overwhelming.
I’m here to walk alongside you on this journey. Healing takes time, but you don’t have to do it alone. Together, we’ll create a path that helps you navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and build a life that feels more authentic, balanced, and fulfilling.
